2 40oz Cans sweet potatoes 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3 cups miniature marshmallows Preparation 1. Mix all in pan. 2. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows; bake an additional 10 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
